What we do

Design, steel, then the shot.

The Jannock injection floor, seen from above

The floor

Thirty-two presses under one roof.

PBT, nylons, polycarbonate, polysulphones, and elastomers, dried before they ever reach the barrel. The toolroom that built the mould is in the same works.

About the works

Strive for perfection in everything you do. Take the best that exists and make it better. When it does not exist, design it.

Sir Henry Royce

The team

The people who draw it watch it run.

We assist larger companies with cost-saving design, research, and development. A retainer gives you that designer without adding staff.

You see the part move from a hand sketch to a moulded component, in one building in Roodepoort.
