Jannock Tool and Die opened as a general toolmaking shop for industry. The work grew from tools into production.
About us
A toolroom that grew into a plastics plant.
The same people who draw the tool see it cut, and see it running in a press. The part you approved is the part that is moulded.
Jannock Plastics started, building injection moulds, press tooling, and tooling for the rubber industry, then moulding the parts those tools make.
The facility
The toolroom covers CNC milling, including full 4-axis machining, wire cutting, a Renishaw scanner, a CNC lathe, cylindrical grinding, and conventional equipment.
The plastics plant has 32 injection moulding machines from 30 ton to 500 ton. Material is dried in dehumidifying dryers before it is moulded. We run PBT, polysulphones, nylons, polycarbonate, elastomers, and the common engineering polymers.
